Quality Pediatric Care Services

Vaccine Scheduling

Our practice fully believes in the benefits of vaccines, but we also believe in parents having a choice. We are happy to create delayed vaccine schedules that give you peace of mind.

Well and Sick Visits

Dr. Salomon sees every child and allows time for you to ask questions, get more information, and make plans for your child's future care. We see children from birth to 21 years.

Smiles!

We do our best to help make visits as easy as possible for parents and children alike, providing a fun, relaxing atmosphere. We also have a separate waiting room for sick patients.

School and Camp Forms

Schools, camps, and daycare all need up-to-date forms for your child. Our office can help with all the physical forms, shot records, and exemption forms you need.

Frequently asked questions

Who will see my child? Do I get to choose?

Unlike larger practices, we have one practicing physician at our office. Dr. Salomon will give you and your child personalized, one-on-one care, as well as return phone calls.

What are your hours?

The door is open from 8am until 5:30pm, with our lunch being from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. Phones will turn on 15 minutes after the doors open for the day and after lunch. Our answering service will be able to help you after hours.

Do you take insurance?

We accept most major insurance providers, especially insurance provided through employers. Please check with your insurance provider to make sure you are covered. If you are trying to find if a marketplace plan is accepted by our office, visit heathcare.gov for more information.

Do you take Medicaid?

We do accept Medicaid, but only through SIMPLY Healthcare or straight Medicaid not through a third party provider. Unfortunately, we are unable to take Medicaid through other providers. We are happy to help guide you on switching to SIMPLY.

Do you take uninsured patients? What about Health Share programs?

Uninsured and Health Share patients are more than welcome. Both will be treated as self-pay, and you can get our rates by calling our office. We can also provide itemized bills upon request for patients looking to get reimbursements from Health Share programs.

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment types: Cash, Personal Check, Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), HSA, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and Square Online Payment (via our website, payment link, or invoice).

How do I get established as a family with Salomon Pediatrics? What do I need to do before my first visit?

We make it simple to join our family. All you have to do is give us a call when you are ready to schedule your first appointment! We will ask for some basic information to get you into our system, but everything else will be taken care of at your first visit. If you would like to fill out some forms in advance, you may, but it's not required.

I have a medical question after hours? What do I do?

If you call outside our normal hours with a medical question for Dr. Salomon, our answering service will take a message and relay it to the on-call doctor. This will either be Dr. Salomon himself or one of his trusted colleagues. The on-call doctor will give you a call back as soon as possible.
